Did you miss this helpful tidbit posted by another member? This alone destroys any argument that the Youtube legal scholar was trying to make.
"Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are "natural born Citizens" for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents."
ankeny v daniels
Wrong, ankeny was about citizenship, not natural born citizen. They are not the same. As has been shown on these threads numerous times.
Read some more, and you might yet learn that a judge's verdict overrules what any amount of mail-order diploma lawyers "determine".
No judge can overrule the Constitution. The interpretation of which is all that matters, and is the foundation upon which this country is founded. We must look to the founders intent. That is all Army Soldier is trying to point out. For that, he doesn't deserve all this ridicule and namecalling. Address the topic.

Wrong. Here is the money quote from the Ankeny decisison:
Quote:
Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are “natural born Citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person “born within the British dominions [was] a natural-born British subject” at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, so too were those “born in the allegiance of the United States [] natural-born citizens.”

The issue has been decided over and over and over again when the court refused such cases. Anyone silly or ignorant enough to think such cases have ANY merit - when it's been up before the courts many many many times - deserves whatever response they get.

Oh please, does that really make sense to you? You know that's not right. The only office in this land for which one must be a natural born citizen is the presidency, and the current resident is a fraud. That's the only reason all of you throw a tantrum every time someone gets close to the Supreme Court with this issue. It will happen, then we'll see who the fools are.
"Therefore every person born within the United States, its territories or districts, whether the parents are citizens or aliens, is a natural-born citizen within the sense of the Constitution, and entitled to all the rights and privileges appertaining to that capacity."
-william rawle, constitutional scholar and george washington appointee.

LOL
Good luck with that.
It has the same chance of happening as I do of winning the lotto - without playing.
