The courts are wrong, really that is all you have. A person posting homemade videos on Youtube vs. The Supreme Court of the US and you think it is the Supreme Court that is wrong. Are birthers really stupid enough to buy this stuff?
What specifically did the man say in the video that was wrong?
It no longer matters if Barry is an American citizen or not. He has already completed one term as President and is about to start his second. Even if someone had irrefutable proof that he was actually born in another galaxy it wouldn't matter. He wouldn't be impeached for it. So, just come to grips with the fact that he is the American President for four more years.

He may not be impeached for having been born in another galaxy but it's sure be fun to try. And imagine the butt load of reality the press would have to admit.

The press would ever admit reality? (And that goes for both sides)

Did you miss this helpful tidbit posted by another member? This alone destroys any argument that the Youtube legal scholar was trying to make.
"Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are "natural born Citizens" for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents."

ankeny v daniels
Sorry but from what I read today, that has been determined by many lawyers as a flawed ruling.
He has filed a case called 'Guthrie V United States' against Obama and submitted it to the court. The mans name is Paul Guthrie and has studied every eligibility lawsuit against Obama and found the reasons where they ALL went wrong. He says that Obama is not a 'natural born citizen' based on 'Natural Law' Jurisdiction and not 'Positive Law' Jurisdiction. Being born in Hawaii to a U.S. citizen mother doesn't matter according to him. He say's where Orly Taitz, Mario Apuzzo and others went wrong is that their cases were based on the 'Unity Theory'.
Paul Guthrie explains what a true 'Natural Born Citizen' is and what his case is based on.
Explanation why Obama's mother doesn't make him a natural born Citizen even if he was born on U.S. soil. Very interesting stuff I have never heard of. I encourage you to listen.
I think it's more likely that Obama supporters are giving him more the benefit of fraud than the benefit of doubt, where any doubt is accessory to the fraud.

primarily mario apuzzo and larry klayman....... who have both directly lost in court promoting the "2 US citizen parent" theory. to date the ankeny v daniels decision has been cited and concured in court by the judge 13 times.
