No judge can overrule the Constitution. The interpretation of which is all that matters, and is the foundation upon which this country is founded. We must look to the founders intent. That is all Army Soldier is trying to point out. For that, he doesn't deserve all this ridicule and namecalling. Address the topic.
Judges and courts are given the task of interpreting the Constitution, not people posting Youtube videos. Anyone that claims that judges have no role in this process deserves all the ridicule and scorn they receive.
