Actually theres no evidence that doing so would be a crime either. Kinda like how insider trading is legal for our congress critters.

We have hard evidence that James Clapper lied under oath but where are the charges? Geithner could be on record stating that he lied or any other number of illegal activates like Clapper did and there will be no charges.

We have lost rule of law, and are back to rule of men, and rule by fiat. We have lost 'all men are created equal,' and are back to a caste system.

In our current state you'll get more jail time (or actual jail time for that matter) for smoking a plant that harms no one, than for stealing millions from the American people.

Maybe they should spend more time investigating massive fraud and less time hassling poor people and minorities.

Obama never intended to keep or even try to keep most of his promises. He broke many promises that he could fulfill himself and right off the bat.

Wait 5 days to sign a bill into law for public debate...

No special access for donors...

Both sides worked well together to put that back in place and of course Mr. Hope and Change signed it into law himself without the 5 days of public posting for debate.

Neither side wants to hold their politicians accountable so we get failure across the board.
