Why do you think Sheriff's have to take a oath to protect and defend the Constitution?

Osama bin Laden already won before he was killed. He killed 3000+ Americans. But they can only kill OBL one time.

Obama would never send the Army to stand up against all the county Sheriff's in Utah.

WHERE in that oath are they tasked with determining the Constitutionality of any law? And more importantly, WHERE in the Constitution are they given that power/responsibility?

The constitution was written in plain english so the people can determine when the government was overstepping their rights. It's up to us to keep the government in check hence why we have guns, to shoot government officials dead when they try to overstep their contract.

In other words, ya got NOTHING to support your allegation and appear woefully ignorant of the government branches and their duties established by the Constitution.

Yes, you can own a LAW rocket or RPG. You have to pay the Treasury Tax for a restricted weapon for each round. BTW, An expended LAW is just an empty metal tube. There are many jet fighters in private hands, as well as tanks.

They are actually take an oath to protect and defend the law.

While it is true that the elected
Office/Department of Sheriff is granted unique law enforcement and public safety duties and
responsibilities (i.e. arresting, imprisoning, taking individuals into custody, etc.) which set an
Office/Department of Sheriff apart from other elected state and local officers, the
Office/Department of Sheriff is bound by judicial review and by the laws of each state as are
other elected governmental officers. As a result, the judicial branch of government is responsible
in interpreting the law when conflicts arise between individual citizens and federal, state and
local governmental entities in enforcing the law.
