Black and Latino voters to consume more social program money (welfare) than whites do. They also just happen to vote for Democrats in much higher percentages than whites vote for Republicans.

Why is this always so hard for people to understand?

Not so fast -

Then you also agree with this:

Republicans feed on a ton of corporate welfare in billions.

Also the Republican mantra is "volunteerism" .. rely on the handouts of your local church, charities and local business "donations in the time of need.

Democrats focus on personal responsibility...pay your taxes to get government services (FEMA, police, firefighters, etc) not rely on handouts from charities etc. via volunteerism.

Obamacare is also based on the principle of personal responsibility..no one explains it better than Mitt Romney at the Heritage Foundation:

I rely on my own work and what I produce myself, I don't belong or attend any church nor do I or have I ever taken a dollar from any religious group or anything like that. I live within my means, I save for my future and I don't expect anyone to take care of me. I pay my share of taxes and then some with no expectation whatsoever of SS being around when I need it.

Hey, as offensive as my statement is to people like you at least it's the truth. Your personal responsibility statement on the other hand could possibly go down as the funniest thing I've ever read on the internet.

We don't know this down to a more granular level, but we know that at the state level, it's generally the red states that are among the biggest net takers of tax dollars.

The South especially is where they get a lot of Free Stuff...and these are states that overwhelmingly and broadly tend to vote Republican.

The highest "taker" Southern states also have the largest black and hispanic populations(NM,LA,SC) who aren't exactly known for voting Republican.

Things are spread pretty evenly when you factor in for the all the empty Western Red states filled with Government administered land and Fed funded army bases that skew the totals.
