Private clinics perform them amd the government pays for them.

You're 100% correct that it shouldn't be a political issue, but dems/libs are unable to think and act for themselves and need Uncle Suggah to provide for them.

Therein lies the problem.

And along those lines: does abortion have to be a religious issue??

In the anti-pornography movement, some feminists and most people of faith all want the same thing.. but they are unwilling or unable to work together because they focus on their differences and disagreements rather than on their common ground and common goal.

Default No all women who get abortions are selfish---

Abortion is the Unchoice

I've posted this many times but it always get slapped down by the pro-aborts. I guess they can't believe women who chose abortion aren't wanting it themselves. Many are forced. Those who do the forcing should face prison time for abusing the women. Is PP set up to catch this? NO, they can't be bothered why the woman is there.

Don't ask me. It's not religious or political as far as I'm concerned. It's a personal responsibility issue. If you're gonna play, you need to accept the consequences 100% on your own. I would rather see people get abortions than live on my money with SNAP and Section 8 the rest of their pathetic lives.

I agree with the O.P. I really don't understand these people. Pro-lifers tend to do little else than: 1) try to villanize people who have abortions 2) try to shock people with graphic images or information 3) Complain
You think if they really wanted to end abortions they would be giving out b.c. like it was candy but oddly enough they never even talk about contraception. You never hear about them doing much but talking about the problem and doing nothing about it. The part that really annoys me is they try to make the left out as thinking abortions are great. It is simply not true.

Becuase most people know BC DOES NOT WORK 100% and when it fails it leads to abortion. BC use lulling people into thinking it is the answer is all backward. The answer is not that simple.

Apparently, conservatives are the ones who are unable to think and act for themselves.....they need the option of abortion taken away so they don't have to make the decision themselves.....they want the government to decide for them.

Liberals are the ones who want government out of the personal decision making business. You make your own decision on abortion instead of the government doing it for you.......as it is and as it should be.

BTW.....conservatives are the ones keeping abortion a political issue, as far a liberals are concerned, the issue was settled in 1973.

And aborting a pregnancy you cannot afford is taking responsibility.

Do you really think banning abortion is going to lessen the need for SNAP and Section 8?

Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it, right along with a higher tax bill to go with it.

And expecting people to abstain from sex, or use NFP is not the answer.

1. People are not going to abstain from sex.

2. NFP has the highest failure rate of all birth control methods.

Religion is not the answer either. Religious people screw around just as much as the non religious.
