There are some pretty cool gasses in inventory that could be pumped through that vent pipe, anx could incapacitate him witbout him seeing it coming, and without harming the boy.

If gasses were put in there,IT WOULD ALSO AFFECT HIM!! (I believe the guy has the BOY cause he knows the stand off can last as long as he wants as long as the boy is there (THEY WONT TRY ANYTHING))

It maybe, but thank god our gun laws in this nation made it easy for this crazy and violent person to get a gun. That's freedom according to gun nuts.
