One thing this could be a case for is better PTSD treatment.
This clown is still holed up. If anyone was deserving of a competent snipers loving attention its this guy. Heknows it, whats more. Unfortunately he is dug in pretty deep. There are some pretty cool gasses in inventory that could be pumped through that vent pipe, anx could incapacitate him witbout him seeing it coming, and without harming the boy.

I don't see how someones political leanings, or how he votes, have anything to do with what he does.
