Do you know what drug addicts do when they need their next fix and they have no money because they are not working?

They beg, borrow, cheat, steal, rob, and carjack. Who do you think they are going to do those things to?

The problem that I have with zombie is that this poster seems to think that there are no set discretionary rules set aside for disrespectful acts as she displayed. Again, she will have an opportunity to purge. But zombie feels that we can do as we please and bear no responsibility of our actions.

A judge has to decide, if this person has no awareness of her environment and knowingly and willingly displays an act that rises to the level of a summary offense, then he will act accordingly. Remember, he asked if she cursed and she replied that she did. She knew what she was doing...

I know this is a stretch but do you want to know who this girl reminds me of? One of the Manson followers. I can't help but see Sadie Mae Glutz in this girl. Susan Atkins - Manson Family Member Susan Atkins aka Sadie Mae Glutz

Rick Scott has basically declared all out war on prescription drug users and doctors who prescribe these drugs in Florida. Doctors almost have to do back flips to even prescribe things like Xanax. This is a little Rick Scott (Mr. Tea Party) political thing.

I really don't know what she was arrested for, was it just possession?

I don't support the judge's actions, however, I absolutely know that if you eff with a judge you're going to regret it. There's this thing called Contempt of Court......and you can end up in jail and assessed a huge fine. LAWYERS are sometimes held in contempt of court and even sometimes have to spend a bit of time in jail.

What I don't understand is why that girl didn't have a lawyer, a public defender, or SOMEBODY representing her and telling her how to behave. It looked like a first appearance hearing. But I don't understand why she didn't at least have a public defender.
From what it looks like, it was simply a bond hearing, and representation isnt offered when it comes to the setting of bail.

Yeah, courts need more respect these days.

The less they earn, the more they take.

The court is entitled!

Or, like in her case, common sense.
