What gives is this: We are under the rule of one party. Two sides of the same coin. We need a third party.
best,
toodie
You could be right. A party that cares about us. But we have to be careful because who can you trust? Who could come in and promise us the world and then turn out to be a Hitler?
So, we'll send mommy and daddy home, but the 10 year old can stay? Hows that going to work?
The whole damned family needs to be sent home. That is the agenda of these Dream Act advocates is to pull the "separation of famiies" card so that the parents of these kids get to remain here also.
Immediate citizenship for all kids. Well that is very future looking of him.
I guess he'll think they'll be grateful enough to remember that when they turn 18 and go to vote.
Just curious, has any "Anchor Baby" done anything useful for the nation that citizens wouldn't have done--and if you are about to mention lawyers or politician fighting for immigrant rights, that's a negative.

Maybe you should head down to your local college and ask them, oh and having them be as useful as a born citizen is the point.
Cantor is a greasy politician and will say anything to get votes and is aware that the Republicans are going to continue to struggle if they don't support this....but then again we are talking about Cantor who is a greasy politician and I will believe him when he votes for this, until then he is nothing more than a sack of s**t that will tell you anything you want to hear.
What happens when everbody gets "thrown out" of the Republican Party? Last one out...turn off the lights.
4 years ago I had never heard of the Dream Act. Two years ago, all those kids wanted was to go to college...Now looks like CIR has a good chance of passing.
How hypocritical. If Barack had changed his mind, the people would say that he has "evolved" on the issue.
Cantor hasn't evolved, he is just saying what people want to hear like a good greasy politician. Now if he votes for this and allows them to have path to citizenship, then he can claim to have evolved in his point of view. No vote, no evolve.
