Never heard of a self-loathing closet case? He's demonizing gay people because he can't accept that he's gay. Most Family Values Republicans are like that. Look at Marcus Bachmann. He's the poster child for self-loathing closet case.

Non-Christian? Countless millions of Christians and Jews are Pro-gay. Quit being ridiculous.

So, as usual, Christians get to discriminate with tax-exempt status.

Am I the only one that's tired of this?

My point was you are supposed to believe in god to join the scouts. My kids aren't taken to church so they don't really fit that mold and I am an Atheist but my son will probably join the Scouts and my daughters will join something similar to the Girl Scouts since the GS allowed a boy to join last year maybe year before that....don't need my kids around that filth.

Why should scouts have to pay taxes? Its just a group for young men to join to learn to be men. I see nothing to tax.

I was in the Boy Scouts and didn't believe in god.

Yet the BSA allows Buddhists, non-regligious, even Atheists as members. If you are supposed to believe in God, then anyone who doesn't have a Christian/Catholic belief shouldn't be in the Boy Scouts.

I know of several Buddhists who were in the Boy Scouts when they were kids. They left when they reached High School, but they were still in the boy scouts despite not believing in a god.

spoken like a true bigot.

news: your children are already around that "filth" from the teachers in school, to the police officers who vist; from the firefighters who save your homes from fires, to the basketball star of their favorite sports team.

So if the BOA chooses to allow gays, that should be up to them, and all those against that decision shoud accept their choice. Correct?
