I can remember in my high school, there was a huge altercation between a Filipino gang and a Samoan gang. Yes, real neighborhood gangs. It started with one of the Samoan gang leaders (an adult mind you) coming onto our campus looking for a student, who was part of a known Filipino gang, who he accused of stealing a car. The entire school was on lockdown so that police and security could stop the fight (knives were drawn, and someone was stabbed)
got a blurb on the local news; no mention on the national news level.
1. Not sure why we keep importing Somali Muslims not sure it's wise.
2. African American kids don't get along with anybody but remember they're the victims.
"Minnesota has very active ones like Lutheran Social Services, Catholic Charities, and World Relief Minnesota. Those agencies agree to help the refugees get settled, to learn English, find housing, get health care, and begin a new life."
If there's anyone to blame, blame it on those agencies.

Gee, the riots at my high school in the late 60s didn't make the national news, either!
Must have been a coverup big big.
We have a different media today, they don't report the news, they shape it for Democratic Party political agendas. During the Johnson admin the media's reporting on the Vietnam war was not pushing the democrat agenda. If we had today's media in the 1960s they would be ignoring the Vietnam war, just like they are ignoring Afghanistan and everything Obama is doing today.
The cruise ship cries out for new federal regulations, liberal agenda, hence the spotlight on it. The riot between two groups of students with the same skin color does not move the goal posts for their agenda
Ah yes another triumphant moment for diversity being forced down everyone's throat..........
"In a statement posted on the school's website, district spokesperson Stan Alleyne wrote: 'South is a very diverse high school.
'It is a microcosm of the city. Students function together at a high level every day. That is the strength of this school. Our students live diversity every day."

Don't forget lawsuits and all the victims demanding untold vacations in the future for free.
a school fight is bigger news than a cruise ship that has been adrift for days and needing help from several agencies to get back to the US? Really?
sorry, but its just a school fight. who cares who were involved. punish the fighters with suspension and move on.
Just a school fight and the fool Somali girls kept their headgear on so they could be easily identified.
