You do not have to tell that to Alaskans. There is an average of 1.53 firearms per household in Alaska.

As destructive as liberals like to believe humans are, we are prey if not for our tools. Every Alaskan knows they are not the biggest, baddest, critter stomping through the forest, so they had better be armed for bear. There are more firearms being carried while fishing for salmon than you will find at a busy gun range. It gives "combat fishing" a whole new meaning - "Cover me while I cast!"

As usual you are grossly ignorant of the facts.

A convicted criminal has his "rights" rescinded. As in your Right to vote is revoked.

Once you are convicted of a crime, in this case using a gun UNLAWFULLY, you lose your "rights" under the 2nd Amendment.

I am no liberal. Not by a longshot.

Your "anti-American" nonsense is essentially a non-sequitur. If you wanted to call me a misanthrope, that would be accurate.

This guy didn't use a gun unlawfully - his felony conviction was for lying to a federal officer.

He will be back happily hunting as soon as his sentence is served.

Deceptive and more importantly, desperate.

I am of the opinion that most of the endangered species act is a POLITICAL scam because MOST of the animals listed on it are NOT endangered.

This is a perfect example of what I meant when I said,

I believe the view expressed by ellemint is the view held by most that are in favor of adding any animal to the endangered species list. It isn't about the animal being endangered by humans, it is that humans should never dare to exist when their mere existence is a burden upon all other living things.

Edited to add this nugget as another example... backing my assertion.

The man didn't use a firearm to kill the grey wolves. Not only that, but HE didn't kill them. He just covered up the killings and conspired to have game officials not notice the killings.

Maybe I misunderstood your comment.
