There is no federal law for sex crimes. Nobody ever implied or said that any federal existed or should exist. Something that is a sex offense in FL won't necessarily be a sex offense in IL or DC (and vise versa).
I'm well aware that different states have different laws. So the basis for your saying that "public urination" makes you a sex offender is Colorado law. In Colorado you have to register for that "crime." Not true in Florida for sure.

No one ever said that it was a Florida law. You really shouldn't let your imagination inform you so often. That is the second thing that you have imagined in this thread. Stop it.
YOU started this thread, and as far as I know it is not against the rules to address several posters in the same post.
You addressed me specifically.
You also used a personal noun in reference to me which is not my name. Apparently you have me confused with someone else. I am saying that I don't appreciate the affiliation, mistake or not.
Fail, nothing to do with this thread. None of us here have said anything about war crimes. Anyone who claims they are guilty of war crimes are wrong, and claiming Bill is a sex offender is also wrong. Don't point to other's fallacies to justify your own.
And since you're moving the goalposts on us, I'm guessing we're done here?
Just curious, why did you specifically mention California, out of 49 other possible states? That makes no sense.
Well, it's interesting that the poster who posted a link to a statute picked CALIFORNIA as well. You should probably back up while you're still ahead somewhat.

You said that the statute did not exist. Why didn't you mention Florida for instance?
The person who you referred to was claiming that such a statute existed. Their post wasn't strange.
