One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings could have been deported years ago after a criminal conviction and the other was granted American citizenship on the 11th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who never the less could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat.
Most likely this young lad WAS framed, by the very people that convinced him to turn on his friends and his new Country.........I hope he is still alive in the boat, which is the final crime destination. Rescue is simple, back up to the boat with armored carrier, hook up and away they go to the police compound, a perfect contained carrier. They are wasting way too much time for nothing but a giant expensive show of force.
Even if he wanted to get naturalized on that date, it is not up to him. Uscis determines the date of the interview and the date of the oath. So one application can last 3 months and another one 1 year. Is up to them.
Yeah these guys are White but they don't look like the Northern European types that dominate in America. Have any of you heard of ethnicity? I mean Ethiopians are Black but they tend to look different than West Africans and by extension African-Americans since African-Americans descend primarily from West Africans.
