Why does CNN 'international' give the Boston bombings 24/7 coverage?

Well CNN unlike Al Jazeera, RT, CCTV, NHK or the BBC doesn't have much of a reporting staff or overseas bureaus to feed good stuff to the Atlanta HQ.
