I mean seriously, man up.
Going through the shakes of Nictine withdrawl isn't the biggest problem in life, so just man up and take it like a man. Shake, puke, shake, puke.

Funny, I experienced no shaking or puking when I quit. You might be thinking of heroin addiction.

Tell it to someone else, I don't smoke never have. But I don't sit around worrying about someone smelling like smoke.

Maybe whiners shake and puke when they are forced to shut up for five minutes.

Just wait until they actually get people to quit smoking in large numbers. Where will them make up that tax revenue for all their idiotic programs?
Not wanting to smoke on someone else's choices is a liberal issue????

I guess my response should be something along the lines of "you cons are so against government forcing laws on you, yet you have no problem forcing your vile putrid smoke into my lungs"

(actually I guess there is some truth to that, though I don't think all cons are on the "A free America is an America where you are free to polute my lungs" train)

This is of course nothing new, something I along with many others have encountered for years. The issue I've always taken with it is that in every office I've worked for a part of the employee handbook states that women should not wear an excessive amount of perfume, nor should men with cologne, because many people are sensitive to those. Well the same is true of cigarette smoke. Sending smokers outside for a break doesn't help much at all.

Is there any reason employers don't just simply ban their workers from entering in to the office smelling at smoke? If went to the city dump this morning and rolled around in trash for an hour I'd smell terrible, if I showed up at work my boss would send me home. Why not the same treatment for smokers?
You could look for a job with non-smokers or live in a bubble.
