I see your point, you'd expect patriotic music played anytime the President is making a entrance and that makes sense considering the symbolism of the job but the reality is the President can choose whatever he likes for his own entrance. Now we could talk if the President decided to change the colours of the US Flag to Black and Green at his entrances to events but this event is something involving him not the nature of the country.

The difference is that when you sign up for PUBLIC SERVICE, you are supposed to be at a higher level of calling... you know, one that serves the public as opposed to your own wallet. That clearly didn't apply to Sarah Palin, doesn't apply to most other politicians today anyway.

LOL; I watched the interview between Piers Morgan and Ted Nugent several times and he's seems 'sane' or rational to a degree during the interview, but once I saw the NRA Convention interview that you speak of, I rejected his argument. I'm pro-gun, but I'm pro-gun regulation.
But if I were Obama and I felt like being a clown, I'd probably invite someone like Nugent or Limbaugh to my inguration speech just to be a douchebag.
