The trend is towards no gender based bathrooms.
Go into whatever bathroom you want now regardless.

First MA and now CA have bills allowing school kids to use whatever bathroom based on what sex they feel they are.

You want change then start in the schools.

Oh nice straw man.

Care to point out the last time a man or woman complained about there being different bathrooms for the different sexes?

Hey, you're the one that thinks you need your own flag! I was always under the impression that the American flag stood for everyone in the U.S.A.. But nope....you need your own flag.
And what's with all the posts about "looking for a gay friendly place"? Why can't the gays all live where everyone else does and be happy?
You separate yourselves and you do it intentionally, as though you are different from others. Behave that way, get treated that way.
I don't give a crap if you're gay, lesbian, black or do sheep. Just can it! The flag is for all! (Except the illegals.)
Sheep Oh no you have to go in the barn yard with all the other animals. What if you're bisexual Are you allowed to use both facilities? I know, we'll have someone outside the designated areas with quizzes. No one enters without taking a quiz first. I'm not sitting in my private stall with the door locked next to someone who does sheep.
(I wound up in the mens' washroom by mistake and another female followed me in. Imagine my shock when I finished the dirty deed and saw someone standing at the urinal I apologized and made like a bakery truck and hauled buns out of there.)

A simple google search will show you that you can and people have been arrested for knowingly entering an opposite gender's bathroom under 'disorderly conduct'.

You were saying?

Homosexuality is a lifestyle choice and as long as they are not additionally sexual perverts of some sort, I don't see an issue. Where I do see an ISSUE is with trans, are they gender or sexual? When they changed a law in Salina, KS, one of those that make all members of the LGBT community a "protected" class, I read the law and it specifically said that separate restrooms were forbidden. So, I contacted them and was told that someone, not male or female - not woman, not man - whatever, could use whichever restroom they wanted and also changing rooms at the pool and other facilities with changing rooms. Ah, that is a problem. The law they passed was one of the most strict regarding the "protections" afforded members of the LGBT. The commissioners that voted for it were voted out and the new ones repealed the law. Do I want a 1/2 man 1/2 woman in the changing room with me? I won't put my thought here.

Exactly, which is why I ask; why do we need gender segregated bathrooms? Until you realized, nothing was an issue. You made it into a big deal why?

No one can support gender divided bathrooms in 2013, it make no sense.

Why are you intolerant of the opposite sex in bathrooms (trannies or natural) but openly support homosexual lifestyles/rights? It doesn't compute.

I believe I said, "Nice straw man."

Why would people of the opposite sex enter a bathroom not meant for them?

Yeah nice try, sparky. Again, there isn't a civil rights or discrimination or segregation issue just because men and women can't enter each others bathrooms.

You're reaching and you know it.

You were saying?

EDIT: Oh and I also said to POINT OUT when a man or woman COMPLAINED about there being different bathrooms. You have yet to do so.

Homosexuality is not a gender.
