I think the GOP has bigger issues than just Hispanics flocking to the Democrats. Your party basically has become one of a "rich, aristocratic" one who gives tax breaks for the wealthy and ignores the rest of America. I would call it "snobbery" for the most part and hispanics or any other sane American can see through their BS!
Their is no leadership regarding Immigration! As for opening the "Southern border'? Wasn't it Reagan who gave "Amnesty" to millions of "illegals"? Reagan the "Republican"?

If the GOP is the aristocrats, what do the Democrats represent? Is it the poor, women, minorities or idealists?

Exactly the point.

The Democrats have captured the majority of Asian-Americans, Latino, Jewish, women, those in the teaching profession, the big city vote, pro-choice, LGBT, environmentalist, labor union, people in the creative professions, etc., etc.. That is why the GOP lost the presidential elections in 2008 and 2012, and couldn't flip the US Senate in 2012; but they are the majority in the House of Representatives I'll concede.

The GOP has it's work cut out for them ... stop catering to angry old white men and build a bigger tent.
The Repubs ONLY have the majority in the House because they gerrymandered to death their districts after the 2010 realignment resulting from the Census. If the Dems hold the governorships of those states in 2020, I would expect that there would be a lot more Dem House members.

President Reagan (and his ideals) have finally died.

Long live bureaucracy, I guess...
If that's the case then so be it. The ideas the Democrats' support have always failed: Eastern Europe, Soviet Union, southern Europe today. It always ends badly.

Well, it seems he is just a State level guy, but still, should be a wake up call to the GOP.

Why oh why do we constantly feel the need to put others beneath ourselves when speaking of someone that may not share the same political views, religion or even look like us for that matter? C'mon we're Americans here, we're better than that.

Reagan himself was a traitor, legalizing millions of third worlders himself.

It's garbage like Reagan why I am an independent and have no loyalty whatsoever to either of the major two parties in America.
