This means that anyone having a drink in a two hour period is drunk driving. It's just a revenue generator. Does the government want everyone to switch to marijuana. Then when lung cancer deaths are off the chart they will work on that!

Taxis, bus and rail have always been in existence. Bars and restaurants will be just fine.
