It doesn't matter if you have two worthless hearsay sources or twenty. You can sum all the zeros you want, and the result is still zero.
All the actual evidence shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. There is no actual evidence to contradict it.
That is an accurate description of the facts.
1. A certified Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, aka short form, which is presently the only certificate provided by the DOH of Hawaii
2. A certified copy of President Obama's original birth certificate
3. Several verifications of the data on the certificate
4. Contemporaneous newspaper announcements
All are legally admissible in a court of law, and 1 and 3 are prima facie evidence. Noone has ever rebutted the prima facie nature of the documents, although they tried by arguing that a highly compressed PDF showed artifacts. Artifacts which, as I have shown, can be explained by a simple workflow.
Orly tried to introduce expert testimony and evidence in Georgia
Quote:
“The Court finds the testimony of the witnesses, as well as the exhibits tendered, to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support Plaintiffs’ allegations.”
She tried again in Judd v Obama
Quote:
7 At most, Mr. Irey's admissible testimony is that he reviewed a copy of what had been downloaded from the White House site and that within that single document he noticed differences between the sizes of some of the letters, difference of spacing between some of the letters, and a while "haloing" around certain letters. It is unclear whether "expert" testimony was needed for such observations. All other testimony provided by Mr. Irey, however, is hearsay, irrelevant, not based on personal knowledge, and not scientifically reliable; thus it is inadmissible."
Someone is awfully sensitive about all those sources stating Senator/President Obama was born in Kenya.
Clearly. You simply can't seem to restrain yourself from waving them around as if they mattered. It would be bizarre were your prejudice and irrationality not such a well known quantity,
And yet you're confused about what Senator and President mean, and claim all those sources stating Senator or President Obama (depending on the year in which the newspaper articles were written) was born in Kenya are "garbled."
Remedial reading classes could help you with that.

Surely you jest. I have never hinted at nor displayed any confusion over "what Senator and President mean" whatsoever.
The details in those articles are absolutely garbled. All the actual evidence proves that.

You just said they were garbled:

The newspaper articles specifically stated Senator/President Obama was born in Kenya.
If you claim to understand the meaning of "Senator" and "President," perhaps you think the word "Kenya" is garbled. That's still a reading problem which could benefit from remedial classes.

But to the fearful mind, such articles just prove the conspiracy. I believe the term is confirmation bias where irrelevant 'evidence' is preferred to real evidence when the latter rejects the conclusions reached out of fear and hatred.

Ignoring that this is hearsay of hearsay.. Unlike the documents provided for by the Department of Health...
Why is it that some people prefer hearsay and rumor over facts?
ROTFL, yes, releasing the data, is somehow 'keeping away the evidence'. Quite Orwellian...
The DOH of HI certified President Obama's birth in 2007 I believe when it sent a certified document to the campaign which was at a later point made available to the public.
There is no real doubt that our President was born on US soil. I wonder why people have such a hard time digesting the facts and instead focus on irrelevant 'information'.
Fascinating.
Hey, Dude, what'cha got to hide?
"Sworn", "oath" and "certified" really don't count for much when used by Government, these days.
Unlike those who totally ignore legally admissible evidence...
Who's seen "the legally admissible evidence?" Who has seen the actual COLB or LFBC with the raised seal and the Hawaiian state official's signature on it?
