Or they just hate that nowadays, you have to sacrifice just to pay the rent and keep food on the table, when that was never a concern for the poor boomers. Anger does not always equal jealousy.

Oh, brother, or should I say, "son"? You don't know what you don't know.

He is right in a sense, there are a good number of boomers who turned from the way millennials are now but now because they are starring them 20 or so year later, they don't like it. I am sure we are all like that in someway to be honest.
Comedian?
Standing on stage and complaining about stupid crap for hours is not Comedy.

Yes, which puts him well before the post-war baby boom. So he is not criticizing his own generation. To him the boomers were kids.

Carlin was not a boomer.
Born 1937...
So he was whining about the generation after him.

Boomers are considered to be born between 1946-1964 (after WWII).

Really, sam? After my service in VN, I lived in one room, after I married my wife, we shared that one room until we saved enough to put money down on a house. We cooked on a hot plate. We were both in our mid 30's when we bought the house we still live in to this day. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, for 6 people. I worked my ass off, and so did my wife. NOTHING was handed to us.

You expect everything to fall into your lap after college? Ain't gonna happen. Put on your big boy pants and suck it up.
