Whining and feeling sorry for oneself is a recipe for failure.
I think you're confusing observations with whining. That's the difference between the two extremes. Conservatives whine about liberals, and liberals whine about everything.
Its true that white males get no preferential treatment in today's political climate. There aren't any organizations helping us out like there is for everyone else, and if there were, they would be labeled as huge racist homophobic sexist pigs. Basically a hate group to be silenced and persecuted.
However, more so than race wise its just low income working people in general that get screwed in society regardless of race. Note that the non working poor I don't include. When you make, or I should say earn no money you just get everything for free. Not to mention a lot of freetime unlike the hardworking folks who put in long hard hours just to pay the bills. Its truly the people working for low wages year after year who could use a subsidy if anybody gets one, not lazy welfare cases or the "well connected".

Unless you're black, right? Then its a given right. Because slavery keeps them down, even 200 yrs later.

The fact that there are a LOT of white men in positions of power like the ones you mentioned in no way means that white guys get preference. People of all races can succeed in those arenas. If a group isn't well represented in a certain field you're wrong to automatically assume that the white guys banded together and had it out for you because of race. If you find some text of actual legally recognized policy written somewhere that specifically benefits white males then get back to me.

There are some advantages available to working class people who are black (and to a small extent, to those who are Hispanic), which are not available to working class people who are white.
Affirmative action, where it exists (education and government). And historical racial segregation in housing has afforded blacks in some areas (esp larger cities) to acquire and maintain political power bases and elective offices (e.g. mayorships, state legislative seats, and House seats). While racial segregation in housing has now been largely overtaken by economic or class segregation, working class whites do not have the critical mass or geographic concentration required to exert political power (or the lopsided party affiliation to even exert power within a party), and given current birth rates, might always remain politically eclipsed by working class voters of color.
I am not aware of any place in this country where working class white people have political power or hold significant political offices.

White advantage in the work world is to a substantial extent a function of "who you know" and the connections you have, and not specifically due to being white (i.e. cronyism rather than animus). So when you have a lot of (upper middle class) white people running Wall Street and Hollywood and Congress etc etc, white people are immensely more likely to get jobs at all levels because of people they know and connections they have.
Unsurprisingly, this works out far, far better for UMC whites than for working class whites who grew up in the wrong neighborhood and went to the wrong schools and had the wrong classmates.
