Sadly, there are many people out there that seem to forget that the 1st Amendment was created to protect unpopular speech.

Incitement to violence, especially when the statement is untrue, constitutes hate speech where I live.
You can stand on a rooftop and shout that you hate gays all you want. However, you CANNOT say that God hates gays and they should all be killed.
