I'm not trying to be mean here but after reading some of your posts and it seems you just joined recently, I've wanted to ask: are you a shill?
irrelevant. this is an important issue.
as a roman catholic who is pro-choice, this issue needs to be forced and perry needs to GTFO of texas.
only God can take away your right to choose what you do with your body. if you do something that goes against God's wishes, you will answer to Him and Him only, no one else.
It's horribly sad to see so many people cheering for the right to kill their developing children. The vast majority of pregnancies are preventable through responsible measures -- the combination of various BC methods can be nearly 100% effective. Rape/incest account for just 1% of pregnancies -- the rest are largely preventable if the couple involved were more careful, but we all know how much some of us revile personal responsibility.
/where have you been for the past 40 years? Abortion has been safe and legal.
the bill won't close them. they'll collapse under the pressure of not being able to seek 24hour Baby Killer status. bottomlines will suffer.no cha-ching $$$... it's a good thing. cheer up.
the kids are our future. what ever will we do if you people are allowed to kill them all??
those arent babies they are killing. technically speaking, its a parasitic lifeform at that point, as a baby does NOT benefit a woman, physically, by being inside her.
No it won't. It will force women to go out of state, or have illegal abortions in unsafe conditions.
Not to mention there is a tiny percentage of abortions that happen after 20 weeks anyways, and most of those are for medical reasons.
Yup, or they'll just have an unwanted child that's far more likely to grow up on government handouts.
Pro-choice. And I can't wait to get out of this state later this month and away from the neanderthal known as Rick Perry.
i wish i could, but the wife works for the government and the healthcare benefits are outstanding.
