Well... I don't live in Arkansas, nor do I plan on going there, so they can feel free if this is what they want.

And this is exactly the way it should be.

Criminals all illegally carry. No permits, no nothing. It only makes sense to arm potential victims, too. Levels the playing field.

Guns for everyone! It's not right that just the bad guys have them.

How could the potential victims not be armed without this law? They could easily go get a permit if they wish. It isn't like this law makes it so that potential victims that didn't want a gun for the sake of not wanting a gun will suddenly go get a gun. Most likely, those who wanted a gun prior to this probably had a gun.

IOW, if you just have it in your pocket, or in a holster, you're not committing an offense.

It makes open carry or concealed carry, legal. You're only breaking the law if you threaten somebody or shoot somebody. Which is the way it ought to be.
can you carry a gun into a Bank? or School? Can you carry you firearm into the AR statehouse, or into a Arkansas court room?

That is an excellent idea!
Considering most of those people propably lost their right to carry/own, it would be a great cost effective way to get some criminals off the streets.

Pretty powerful words, that have real meaning, that cannot be interpreted any other way.
