Did you look over the questions? It was a phone poll, people self identified their political affiliation, and it seems pretty straight forward. You have to watch polling for bias, especially in firms known for political bias and questions worded in a way that prefers one side over another, but this was very straight forward.

you are assuming that the poll workers actually put down the correct information that was given to them. this is why i dont trust polls like this, it is too easy to put down false information to show one side or the other is stupid.
