Because the elections aren't happening soon enough. By the time they take place Obamacare will already be implemented. It's a massive overhaul of a sixth of the economy.
The solution was presenting acceptable GOP national candidates, elections, and campaigns..to swing voters, not to the backwoods , rural base.
The result of not doing the above is an inability to stop what is now L-A-W.

However, the real work of repealing Obamacare is in defunding it. Which is Congress' job, which you erroneously claim American's rejected when in fact they did not. Had they rejected that ideal, then American's would have put Democrats back in Congress, and Republicans would not have secured more governorships and State legislatures than at almost anytime in the GOP history books. Since 2010, the GOP has been on a steam roll tour. All politics are local and the GOP has in fact been very successful all across the country with repeal/replace/defund Obamacare as a talking point.
The answer to this long drawn out argument you are making is gerrymandering(both congressional and state wise) . More people voted for Democrats overall than for Republicans. Look at Alabama, The city of Birmingham is split between 2 districts, as is the city of Montgomery. if either of those cities is whole represented in their currently majority Republian districts(where they are primarily located, then Alabama has 3 Democrat Congressman instead of 1. The same goes for states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Your argument over all is also flawed, You lost seat in the House of Representatives so you lost ground and the popular vote.

Are you kidding. He is renouncing his Canadian citizenship because he has aspirations to become president. I don't understand why the right went after Obama and questioned his citizenship while Cruz gets a free pass.
Not at all, dont you know that Obamacare is a tax generator, and thus the complete opposite of what the OP is trying to pertray which is that it would be detrimental to things like the debt ceiling?
