The solution was presenting acceptable GOP national candidates, elections, and campaigns..to swing voters, not to the backwoods , rural base.

The result of not doing the above is an inability to stop what is now L-A-W.

Which should be comical if it were not so ironic, a republican who backing is from the rabid right running for the presidency eventhough technically he is not even a U.S citizen (or at least as much as Obama is anyway)

I found this interesting considering none of those fools in congress want to mention this:
CBS’s Pelley Upset House’s ObamaCare Repeal Votes Have ‘Cost ...
not to mention the actual cost of ending it

CBO: Health care repeal would cost $109 billion - Political ...

But what makes me hot under the collar is that this butt munchers have nothing to replace it with, but yet people are willing to listen to them waste time and money

Since 2010, the GOP has been on a steam roll tour. All politics are local and the GOP has in fact been very successful all across the country with repeal/replace/defund Obamacare as a talking point.
The answer to this long drawn out argument you are making is gerrymandering(both congressional and state wise) . More people voted for Democrats overall than for Republicans. Look at Alabama, The city of Birmingham is split between 2 districts, as is the city of Montgomery. if either of those cities is whole represented in their currently majority Republian districts(where they are primarily located, then Alabama has 3 Democrat Congressman instead of 1. The same goes for states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Your argument over all is also flawed, You lost seat in the House of Representatives so you lost ground and the popular vote.

And No, it is not the job of congress to defund Obamacare.

Are you kidding. He is renouncing his Canadian citizenship because he has aspirations to become president. I don't understand why the right went after Obama and questioned his citizenship while Cruz gets a free pass.
