No need to be cruel, violent rapes (where it can be clearly determined it was a rape) should not be subject to cruel punishment, they should just be executed.
I'm inclined to agree. Subjecting them to cruel punishment makes us no better than the rapist. I'll go as far as to let the scumbag pray to God for mercy, and then click....boom.

we begged the KY parole to keep him the full 15 years but no they let him out about 3 months ago and he had raped another woman the week before he raped my daughter, but she was too scared to tesify
there is a huge man hunt for him

yes several years ago she was brave enough to testify to Grand Jury he was in prison for 10 years but could have served 5 more had not the parole board let him out about 3 months ago
now he was kidnapped and raped another woman in Bowling Green
the week before he raped my daughter, he had raped another woman but she was too scared to testify
he held my daughter all night and raped her repeatedly with her one year old son in the next room
he is a monster and needs to never get out

I would second this. I don't agree that the punishment for rape should be execution though. I don't agree with executing anyone. If they choose to resist arrest and get shot, I won't lose any sleep over that. But I don't like the idea of a government employee deciding whether someone lives or dies. Especially when we have absolute proof that wrongly convicted people have been sent to death row multiple times.

but this scum is very guilty and I would have zero problem with him put to death
I see what he did to my daughter and the nightmares she has and now 3 months after his release he does it again sorry but sometimes the death penalty is right on
when children are raped and murdered I say do it
he raped my daughter in every conceivable way all night she managed to get away when he dozed off and she hit him in his throat and ran out to get help she was naked and terrified

Watching rape scenes on TV shows is bad enough, what you described to us actually enraged me and put me in a temporary state of shock. Any man who rapes a female in my family will... it hurts to talk about I just pray they get him it is so scary we begged the parole board to not let him out because we were afraid for my daughter but afraid he would do this again and he did we must get the laws changed to make violent sex offenders get life w/o parole
now another woman is broken and another mother is grieving for her child

they had to arrest his mother and aunt last time for obstruction and he let them go to jail if I had a son that did this to a woman I would turn him in myself!!!
