I guess to a party that did not send a single representative to the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's historic speech on civil rights, there will always be this divisiveness on race when a black man is in charge.

And we all know who causes it. It sure ain't the President.
You don't send representatives to a speech. Speakers are invited (or not invited) to speak. Tim Scott, the first black senator in decades was disincluded because he's a Republican. Al Sharpton was, however, invited. That says everything about the phonys running the event.

hard to believe- A blowhard TV show host was invited but an elected representative who forges policy was not. Says alot about the attention span and intellect of most Americans regardless of race.

Lets put it this way- More women would pay to meet any of the "Real Houswives" than Hillary Clinton. More Men would pay to meet an NFL star than their Representative.

Why don't you start thinking of people as people and not as black or white or hispanic or based on their gender or class? That seems to be what our President is doing.

It is called grouping.

Place everyone in a group, so you can cause conflict between them, to push the agenda you want to create and a direction you want to go, because after all, you are the king.

You opperate like the House...vote 40 times to end ACA. They must think they really are accomplishing something.
Why don't you get mad at Obama for being disingenuous and a liar, rather than me for pointing it out? I think I know why...you have an unusually strong emotional attachment to Obama...you can't bare to see the truth so you lash out.

What makes him a fraud? What makes him different from any other politician or even President? They all promise one thing and then do the opposite when elected.

It sort of feels like we conservatives felt when Bush signed on to "No Child Left Behind".....a Ted Kennedy sponsored bill.

It's also how we felt when Bush initiated "Medicare Part D", another "bi-partisan" big government program.

Just remember to recycle your "Hopey-Changey" signs and posters!

and there's no shame in letting your neighbors see you do it!
Basically like how Obamacare was a Republican proposal from the 90's? You might want to know your history before you start throwing things like the above out there.

As for disappointment, Obama took a mess and fixed it and governed largely from the center. I'm not sure that anyone should be disappointed in him. 2 wars over, Great Recession over, bin Laden dead, healthcare reform that people had been trying to get done for 50 years done, etc. A lot of the 'disappointment' you have in him is the fault of people we voted in during the 2000's who made a mess of things.

Yeah, I love how neo-cons keep trying to project their own bitter feelings onto Democrats and call it "disappointment".

Most people I know who voted for Obama are reasonably satisfied with what he's done, given the circumstances he inherited. Of course I guess that makes us all "Obama lovers, socialists, blah blah blah... "

You have to learn to enjoy their tantrums, to me I get great pleasure from them.

If they are crying, the President is doing a great job.

The 2012 election was based on dividing the American people. Dividing people of different economic levels, attacking small businesses, using jealousy, telling blacks they will put you back in chains, telling women there was a war on women. Using the IRS to silence Obama's opposition. Using the media calling the right the Taliban.

They diced the American population and used fear. That's what an abusive husband does, they beat the woman down mentally making them feel worthless then use fear tactics to control her. That's what a dictator does, he uses fear to control the people. This is now the "democrats" way.
