LOL and you think the Fed will manage healthcare more efficiently than private sector?
The same people who will pay $1000.00 for a $20.00 toilet seat? Look at the history of the VA hospital system. I wouldn't take a sick dog to a VA hospital.

Let's be clear Once again, REPUBLICANS show desire to sabotage country.

FACT: There are currently 22 Republican House members who are on the record for voting for a clean (no defunding of the ACA) spending bill. Those votes along with those of the Democrats would send a clean bill to the Senate that would pass and would be signed by the President.

FACT: The Republicans in the House instituted H.R.368 which allows only the Speaker of the House John Boehner the ability to put the bill up for a vote. No other member of the House of Representatives can use normal House proceedures move to have a piece of legislation put to the members for a vote. Boehner refuses to do so.

FACT: The House Republicans (just like their fellows during the Clinton Impeachment) knew full well and well in advance that neither the Senate or the President were ever going to consider any legislation that defunded or delayed the implementation of the ACA. Only one man refuses to put before the House a bill with enough bi-partisan votes to end the shutdown and his name is not Barak Obama.

FACT: This is what is constructed in our system of Checks and Balances....It allows a concerned group to challenge what they think is incorrect....Otherwise they would not be able to do it by law...but the law seems to be on their side.

FACT: It would not be the first time in our history that a small group of dissenters proved to be correct (after all is said and done).

This is what liberals don't seem to understand.

1. Obamacare is the law
2. Congress does not have to fund Obamacare
3. Sometimes, bad laws are passed. Do you think "The Missouri Compromise" was a good law?
4. Laws can be changed. This is how and why women and blacks can vote today.

The above points are part of the political reality of the US. Obama is not a dictator and must abide by the Constitution, as much as he dislikes it.

To make it simple for the hard to please I will drop the word appropriate.

The house of representative isn't required by law to fund it. That's why they are in charge of the purse strings. It all goes along with separation of powers.
If you have a hard time with that one you better attend a night school class.

BTW - approprations isn't a word. Therein lies your problem.
