On return to Texas, Ted Cruz receives an 8 minute standing ovation in San Antonio, at a speaking event this weekend, for the Texas Federation of Republican Women.
He declined to criticize any Republicans by name.
"I didn't get elect to go to Washington to make friends."(I think Alan Grayson from Florida, also has this attitude)
"If I had a choice to appease the people of from other States, or the choice to please the people in my State of Texas, I would choose the people of Texas, 100% of the time."
I see it as; a redneck goes to Washington, presses his personal and uncompromising ideologies, ends up hurting Americans and costing taxpayers 24 billion for waste! That is no Statesman my friend!

A Senator representing his State and not to get on the bandwagon of corruption.
Unheard of, isn't it?
There was a Representative from southeast Texas, just like that. Must be a political rEVOLution!

He's no redneck. He's a shrewd politician. Unfortunately, he's also insane. And I hope he drags the entire GOP down into the sewer with him. He's certainly off to a good start.

Reason: bypassing profanity filter
Too bad the entire nation is not up to the standards of his district. He hurt no one. Too bad there were not enough to help him get the right thing done. We need some more like him.

He's no statesman, but he will help all you whiny anti-government types complete what Al-Qaeda never could, the destabilization of the government and destruction of the US a national power. But hey we get to go back to yelling at Negroes and enjoying all the freedom and benefits of a 3rd world society. Enjoying rights without responsibility. That's an awesome trade-off and I for one can't wait for those simpler times!

How on earth could anyone with a brain see Ted Cruz as a redneck?

Pretty sure the Federal Reserve did that years ago.
