Does that support continue once they pass through the birth canal? Just wondering because I keep reading complaints from the right about all the leftist pink-o's who are trying to destroy this country through programs like Head Start and WIC and it's getting harder and harder to find a conservative who actually walks the walk of taking care of kids once they have a belly button.
Ain't that the truth. You shore won't find them here on CD!

I'm just trying to picture what you are advocating for here . . . . extinction of the weak and helpless (now) babies?

Mother Nature applies to humans, too.
Given the posts above, I find your 'LOL' hilarious.
The parts not contested will go into effect as scheduled.
Yes they will go into effect but the absurd requirement for admitting privileges will not, quite obvious that this was an end around to end abortion. It's a shame that they couldn't direct their energy towards preventing unwanted pregnancies rather than endless legislation that ensures quite the opposite.

A federal judge on Monday blocked part of a recently signed Texas law that
requires abortion doctors to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.
District Judge Lee Yeakel wrote Monday that the provision violates the rights
of abortion doctors to do what they think is best for their patients and would
unreasonably restrict a woman's access to abortion clinics.
Attorney General Greg Abbott filed an emergency appeal of Yeakel's order to
the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
"As everyone ... has acknowledged, this is a matter that will ultimately be
resolved by the appellate courts or the U.S. Supreme Court,” said Lauren Bean, a
spokeswoman for the Texas Attorney General's Office.
I take personal comfort in the fact that my God knows all and sees all. And in the day of judgement, the wicked will be cast into everlasting fire and torment where they belong. Enjoy it while it last wicked depraved people.
People who cheer this are disgusting excuses for human beings.
It must be just awful for you, living in a country where people can do things you don't like. Doing things you don't like should be a crime. People should be arrested if they do things you don't like. Strangers being allowed to do things you don't like is worse than slavery and the worst terrorist attack on your nation since 911 too.
