Expert on secession movements are we? When the media starts to report on your ideas its already gained steam...like I said in another reply. The state can either fix the grievances these counties have or they can suffer the consequences.I support every single secession movement there is. I find it highly odd that the US government supports secession movements such as in Yugoslavia that split that country up yet refuses to allow its own states to separate if they so choose.

Nah, I just use common sense and the understanding on what it takes for two states to split. You have a better chance winning the Powerball.

It's not pathetic. It's the American way. How do you think the U.S. was formed?

It means the thread scares the leftist. That's why it's so upset.

Haha, a handful of rural Republicans not getting their way doesn't scare anyone. Let's see if you know how to use common sense, what is the percentage of chance Colorado will split into two states.

Maybe people have the right to secede when their government isn't working for them?

This has been going on since governments were invented.

I do not see why people are upset.

People have a natural right to peacefully determine what type of government they want. Or to disband the government altogether.

I always thought liberals were about tolerance and choice??? Guess that is just talk.

That would be great! Then I could bank roll an area's chance to secede.

Almost 15,000 likes for the North Colorado State. https://www.facebook.com/The51stStateInitiative

Again just a tad bit more than "handful of republicans".

Leftists understand that a population who can 'secede' from the locations where leeches predominate is the end of the welfare state.
