I am not rewriting history. You are just ignoring history. Go back and read the speeches and writings from the leading "progressives" of the '10s, 20's, & 30's. H.G. Wells comes to mind. The word fascist became tainted due to war so the movement took up the progressive label.
I am gonna stick with you being incorrect about history because you are incorrect.
And yet FDR fought a war against him -- when according to your warped view of history, they should have been on the same side.
Which means that either (a) Roosevelt wasn't really a progressive; or (b) the "progressive = fascist" idea you people are pushing is an utter revisionist lie.

Sounds enlightened. In this country conservatives use "socialism" like it's a curse word. In Europe it's just a competing political party.
Enlightened? The world has suffered enough under socialist governments in the history of modern man. The American idea was truly "enlightenment." Freedom, is still mans best hope. This woman, and people like her, want to make us slaves to an all powerful government.

Freedom loving Americans everywhere need to learn who these people are, hear thes radical leftist statementst they are making, and take action against them.
