It doesn't matter if others lie. Only politicians are ever elected Presidents. The last non-politican to hold the office was Eisenhower, over 60 years ago. Even Ike became a politician before his first campaign was over.

All politicians lie. Lying is an integral part of the job, just as it is in professional gambling. Going back on promises is lying by deed if not by mouth, and every one of them has gone back on some promise or other, either before election or after it.
Even Ron Paul has lied. His disavowals of the racism that was published in his newsletters was a lie, though it was unproven. Unproven lies are as common as taxi cabs in Washington.

Paul was long on proposals, but was always short on actual plans to back them up. While this isn't lying, it is part of why he never got more attention from his party or voters. He insisted on being a total package, and the voters always found something they didn't like in his package as much as the stuff they liked.

This is always how a cult becomes a cult. There are folks who will like the good stuff so much they believe the bad stuff is good, too, no matter what. Paul is out of the political game now for good, but his cult will hang on for as long as he lives. That's how it is with cults.

Politicians lie. Ron Paul is a politician. Therefore, he's lied and he lies.

Default Ron Paul was a lie

President Obama didn't lie. Sorry Pubs, but you can't get any traction on this distortion either.

Funny because I'm not the topic of this thread. Ron Paul is. Get back on topic, thanks.

In case folks are unaware, "unproven lies" is a euphemism for "innuendoes".

But what exactly is an "unproven lie"?
Explain that?
The way it is worded, it says: you cannot prove it is a lie.
