What makes you think the payments will be higher for patients with other insurance after the employer mandate is implemented next year?

So, Mothers can't be used to affect change?

Are you against One Million Mothers as well? They have been around a couple years, don't see you speaking against them...

Oh yeah, they don't like Obama. I guess moms affecting change are okay if they agree with you.

I'd never heard of them. I did, however, take a few moments to peruse the link you so kindly provided and all I can say is these "ladies" seem to get their panties in a wad over just about everything.

Oh, and the proper phrase is "effecting change", not "affecting change".

Actually, Medicare was established because insurance companies would not insure people 65 and older. Medical bills were the number one cause of poverty of senior citizens.

But...........now..........

Would it ever occur to you more compassionate liberals that someone might object to cutting healthcare to the most vulnerable and those likely needing it the most ... such as your gradma and grandpa, and that nice little old lady next door, in order to pad the pockets of the insurance companies who created the ObamanationCare scheme?

I don't think you all are nearly as dumb as you sound ... I think it is more about being heartless, and rather evil by nature. The left have become America's death and destruction and depravation cult. The greater disaster and dispair, the more you all revel in it.

Very sick. How human beings can be turned into such destructive monsters is a modern mystery.

Newsflash! All people over 65 have Medicare. There are millions (46) who were without ANY health coverage. I agree, let's quit padding the pockets of insurance companies. It is time for a national healthcare insurance plan, a.k.a. Medicare for all.

If Obamacare was such a great benefit, then you wouldnt need it to be "sold", people would be breaking down doors protesting in the street to sign up.. There would be marches on Washington demanding the website be fixed NOW.. Business leaders would be leading movements to abandon the 1 year waiver they received..

Did government need to orchestrate this "one million mothers"? If not, your example falls flat on its face..

And thats the part that made no sense. They need millions of new individuals, paying new premiums, in order to pay for all of the extra tax revenues and to spread the liability, and then they go and build into the plan, a way that millions of people who dont have a lot of healthcare expenses, thus generating money into the plan, dont need to join the plan, thus not paying into the system.

Who exactly is going to be paying for it?

Pathetic. When will the loser libs get it??? The answer to a problem is NEVER more government. Time and time again, this is demonstrated, yet libs have the uncanny ability to ignore facts and reason. And here we are today... I guess the answer to this problem will be another heaping scope of MORE GOVERNMENT. When will it end?
