the left is against personal responsibility. For them 16 year olds accepting responsibility and raising a baby with a mother and a father under a marriage is bad.
but teenagers having babies out of wedlock and promoting single teenage mothers with higher welfare payments its all good........if not they are promoting abortions at taxpayers expense but for the left Phil's opinions is the bigger problem.
