Man Gets 8 Months in Prison for Slapping Toddler on Plane

Just a sad and bad situation. The guy was extremely stressed out and snapped......I wonder if he was being driven insane by the poor baby??????

8 months for simple assault, a misdemeanor? I think he has prior convictions for a similar crime....assault.
