I can't tell you guys how much I love this thread. It captures a real strain of the conservative ideology.

We know you guys live the free market and hate government programs that you consider socialism. On this case we have a private enterprise that got rich by defrauding the government of hundreds of millions of dollars, which you would theoretically hate, but when they get caught you complain not about the company stealing from the taxpayers but about the fact that they got caught.

Keep it up, guys!

There are problems on multiple levels here.

The first is that the Government should NEVER subsidize any products.

The second is cities should not offer "job creation" tax discounts.

The third is the government should not tell a company how to advertise it's products unless fraud is involved.

And finally, if 80% of a program's payments are in error, we have a typical Big Government out of control issue.

Actually, I hate companies that steal from the taxpayers. I have no issue with them getting caught.

I can't tell you guys how much I love your post. It captures a real strain of the Democratic Party platform.

OP tried to pull a "Fox News Trot" with this news item, and totally failed. Thanks for the morning laughs, though.

You mean the phones put in place by Reagan. Shouldn't they be Reagan phones?

Got any proof of the 10 phone claim?
