Have any of you heard of them? I thought wing-nuts existed mostly on the right, but these folks are just as extreme as the Tea Party.

Can I ask some substance for your opinion? Or would that be an 'extreme' request?

Who is this? Never heard of them. Can you provide some evidence they even exist...and are equivalent to the Tea Party?

Here is their website.

Unite Blue

They're mostly on Twitter.

https://twitter.com/UniteBlue

Their Twitter feed is hilarious. This group, along with the TP, R's, and D's, are a good example of the cancer that is infecting this country.

It doesn't quite 'have a ring to it' -- but at least it will help me remember the OTHER team's color!! LOL

I don't mean to make fun, but there's just not much else to go on here..... ya know?

Oh, I think it's a TYPO -- they meant BLUE UNION.

There really isn't much else to go on, and honestly, on the Internet, you never know.

Daily Kos: #UniteBlue on Twitter. What's the controversy all about?

How does this disprove the notion that wing-nuts exist mostly on the right?

If anything, it supports that idea. This "Unite Blue" is a group of people no one has ever heard of and that doesn't seem to do anything besides throw crap up on their low traffic website and tweet things. The Tea Party has a lot of members in congress, had candidates for president, shut down the government, caused the US credit rating to get cut, have successfully sabotaged the US economy for years, and have thrown a wrench into Republican politics that the non-insane members of the party are still trying to figure out how to deal with.

LOL, that's silly. There can never be a grassroots leftist movement. It's an authoritarian, elitist, club made of academics and activists. No spontaneous uprising of people demanding their lives be taken over for them has, or ever will, occur.
