Before no fault divorce in or around 1975 the guilty were always punished In
a divorce
Before 1975 when u sued for divorce and tried to take some bodies money u had to prove wrong doing
No-fault divorce is the only thing that makes sense. Nobody really knows what goes on behind closed doors. It's all a matter of "he said, she said".
Damn, it's refreshing to see a judge make a sensible statement. Too many of them are trying to be popular instead of doing their job and using common sense.
Do you think the judge who declared Utah's ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional was trying to be popular?
And for that matter, do you have some reason to believe that Moore's stance is unpopular in Alabama?
Yeah, when ranting is ad nauseam as on this thread, some are screaming like a stuck pig, 'er....
FYI: "someone disagreeing with you" is not the same thing as "ranting ad nauseam" or "screaming." But if I wanted to cite an example of such, the "you're all going to Hell" response up there definitely qualifies.
I think you would be happier if you moved to Alabama.
How do you know I don't live there now or am planning to move there?

That's EXACTLY what these activist judges did. Implemented their own personal beliefs wrapped in some legal mumbo jumbo which after 130 some odd years they FINALLY decide well yeah that covers homosexuals as well. Not buying it.

No. The momentum is for single,uno,1,one judge(s) to push their personal belief on it. I guarantee you if it comes up in his court room he will rule against it and the homosexual's will go ape **** over it and threaten him etc etc.they will continue to waste money on frivolous lawsuits to "marry". What all the states left that aren't being forced to let homosexuals "marry" is take away the marriage from government and let it be a civil thing...a contract between 2 people...that way there is no "legal definition of marriage" and no state has to recognize them. Course we ALL know they won't be happy with that either. As usual its their way or no way.

What about "equality" do you not understand? Seriously, it's not a difficult concept. Even children understand it. What is it about "gay marriage will never affect you" do you not understand? Do you really think gays getting married is going to physically harm you? Emotionally corrupt you? What? What exactly is it about gay marriage that has you so riled up?
