My point is that this hurts them during the elections. Moral problems can't be fixed with a Band-Aid and they're yelling after a train that left the station years ago. I don't support any of it.
I want my taxes lowered, I want regulations reduced so my business can get off the ground and I want the government shrunk to about half the size it already is and get out of my life.

I have never been led by a judge simply because their ruling on something. I am not a sheep. Also constitution is the constitution the 14th has been there for over 100 years...clear as day...still doesn't explain why these superior judges these folks who attended college and law school etc couldn't comprehend the constitution clearly on this subject...Maybe its because before the past few years the will of the people was respected...

The Constitution is the Constitution. And we are all equals. It's simply unfortunate that members of our society have at times thought that black people were inferior to white people, that Chinese people were inferior to white people, that women were inferior to men, that homosexuals were inferior to heterosexuals. The members of the Supreme Court are only human, they are subject to the same biases and prejudices we all are. Thank goodness these judges have the law to guide them past those biases and prejudices.

WTF? Hitler was imprisoned for trying to overthrow the Bavarian government. They knew he was dangerous. Likewise, the other two you mentioned had long histories of brutality and disobedience.
