You Yankees are just so thickheaded. Just WTF don't you understand about the position and duty of a "Head of State"? DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's just so way beyond idiocy. For those of us who live in a Parliamentary system the problem does not exist because the head of government is NOT the "Head of State". That is your only option, If you don't like your President and the first family of the land travelling throughout the world then change the freakin constitution and make "Head of state" an appointed and ceremonial office. Otherwise just accept it as the way things are and always have been.

Firstly, millions are NOT gaining healthcare for the first time. You need to check the facts.
Secondly, it DOES have to do with the fact that our first lady is spending tax dollars, taken from hard working Americans, to fund another useless vacation. I'm sure those Americans would love to have those tax dollars stay in their own pockets, instead of funding this sickening display of opulence by our out-of-touch elite first lady.
