Last year a Muslim cabbie in Chcago was fired, and fined $1500, for kicking a kissing gay couple out of his cab.

If they do airport runs it's for a cab company with an airport license. If they are freelancers/contractors for the cab company then it's even easier for the cab co. to drop them and hire replacement contractors.
