Well if that is how you decide what is normal, that is your opinion. For me normal is someone who accepts that people are of different sexual orientations and that is normal.

Normal absolutely means straight. We are still in a hetero-normative society. ALL definitions of normal are subjective. But there are social norms and they are adhered to or railed against. Every society in the history of civilization has them. I CHOOSE to promote hetero-normative culture. I choose to be NORMAL.

Basically what you just said was that choosing to be normal is abnormal. Lol.

Preference means you prefer one over the other. You can like both, you just prefer one more than the other, which being bisexual is normal.

Well, if he said such things at work then he will be fired or punished. If he is part of any organization as well then his words may reflect on that organization, for which they may wish to administer a punishment. On C-D or in his home he can say whatever he wants of course.

It's not even about "normal" or "not normal."

To me its simply an issue of intelligence and being able to reason.

Well I disagree with your choice of normal, but that doesn't change the fact that you didn't choose to be straight.

No, you wouldn't actually. lol. You are harassing and discriminating against a minority. You would 1000% lose that court battle.

Quite the contrary, depending on how harassing your words are it is you who could end up in court at the bad end of a lawsuit.

Well, when some people say preference they mean it's the only thing they like. They may have no interest in the alternative or anything else.
