Is this case even legal? Did a federal judge actually entertain it? I cannot understand why this name is so inflammatory to a handful of Indians. I know progressive liberals fuel the fire but why do the Indians buy into the PC crap so readily? How about the handful of other names like Chiefs, Braves, Indians, Seminoles and others? Aren't they racist? It must surely burn a hole in the belly of progressives to break the back of private industry in such manner. It will be anything in the market next be it entertainment, food industry service, construction, farming, engineering or transportation.

I think it fair to note that that state is also shaped like a gun. The state needs to be redrawn somehow. The safety of our children is at stake - before one dies from this!

Florida, Idaho and all you other states shaped like AK 47's....you're next!

I am white, so you'd only be stating the obvious.

The NFL is about 65% Black. They might need to change the name to the Blackskins.

They already have the CowBOYS.

Harry Reid indicates it's just a matter of time.

“The Redskins no longer have trademarks. They are gone,” the Nevada Democrat

it’s just a matter of time until he is forced to do the right thing and change
the name

Many sports teams have changed their names and the franchises did just fine.

People, mostly lefties, are too stupid to know what the Initials stand for.
