did obama give an executive order to remove it?

we just got hit with a bill for $827 (have to pay deductible first) which would have been $75 before obamacare. plus our insurance premiums went up 60% - and our employer says it will get worse next time premiums are figured.

what an absolute mess. nothing is fixed. this won't end well.

You can still choose a plan that has a $30 office visit and no (or virtually no) deductible.

Just make sure you "choose" a plan according to the ever changing whims of HHS bureaucrats and the president, or face the silk covered, iron fist of governmental tyranny.

That would be "offer" and would only be applicable to health insurance companies and possibly self insured companies.

Have you thought about picking a better plan? Obviously I realize this is the internet and people can make up whatever they want, but all you have to do is pick a plan with a co-pay you like.

Please post specifics. I think you are woefully misinformed.

I have a magic money tree in my yard that allows me to pick any plan that I want because my money tree will pay the crazy high premiums. I love my money tree. Everyone should have one.

Oh wait. That was just a dream. I actually don't have health insurance anymore because I can no longer afford it thanks to the premium increases due to the ACA. S***!

You should get a better job!

It's no one's fault but your own that you can't afford the premiums.

If you have to move to another state to do that, go!

Don't whine here!

Be a GOOD republican!

No need for an obamacare sticky

The legislation is settled and a huge success beyond all dreams.

People are falling all over themselves to sign up.

Statistics show we are healthier with obamacare and just in time to treat the 10s of thousands that illegally enter our country and bring new and novel diseases and their insect vectors.

Finally Obama's words, "you can keep your Doctor, PERIOD" has been clarified by obamcare's elite medical ethicist ezechial emanuel who, when asked about Obama's promise to market Obamacare, said, 'well of course you can keep your doctor if you can afford to keep your doctor!" Glad that's been made crystal clear.

You sign up and look for a plan that includes your doctor, later you need to go to the doctor and find out he isn't in the plan and never was. Or you are told he is in the plan by the doctor and the insurance company and 6 month later you get a huge bill because your doctor wasn't really in the plan.

This disaster of thinly disguised healthcare legislation. It is unmanagable by most Americans especially the men in general, elderly and physically compromised who have no ability, patience or computers to enjoy the experience of double talk and 'you need to call these people' who tell you, you need to call the people you just got off the phone with who told you to call the first person you spoke with.
